Cancellation and Refund Policy on any Vacation/Travel

We do not charge a fee for researching and booking your vacation.  We do ask that if a client asks about a vacation and Enjoy It Now Travel puts time and effort into finding that vacation for them, they book with us and not with another company or book the vacation themselves.  We work on a good faith basis with this process as people do not always adhere.  Enjoy It Now Travel reserves the right to request a payment of $25-$200 (based on the extent of the research) if a vacation quote has been sent and the client does not book with us and books elsewhere.


All of the suppliers we use have specific cancellation/refund polices based on their policies/procedures.  A copy of the cancellation/refund policy will be provided if a vacation is booked with Enjoy It Now Travel.  


 

Non-Refundable Deposit and Cancellation Policy

The initial deposit made for a booking is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, any penalties or fees imposed by the supplier, as outlined in the client's confirmation, are the sole responsibility of the client. By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges and accepts the cancellation policy, including the non-refundable nature of the deposit and any additional costs incurred due to the cancellation. The client agrees to adhere to these terms and understands that all cancellation-related expenses will be borne by them.  All refunds due to the client will be processed according to the supplier's policy and if any monies are to be returned to the client, it will take approximately 2 - 6 weeks to be processed. 

 

Chargeback and Dispute Policy Statement

In the event of a chargeback or credit card dispute initiated by the client, the undersigned agrees to fully reimburse Enjoy It Now Travel for any associated chargeback fees as well as the original amount charged. Enjoy It Now Travel, reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and pursue legal action if necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, filing a small claims lawsuit to recover the disputed amount and any additional costs incurred as a result of the chargeback or dispute. By proceeding with the payment, the client/guest/customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
